What's Happening?

Youth Mass
Every Sunday night at the 6pm Mass, Kingsgrove holds a Youth
Mass. Youth Masses have young people involved in all aspects of
the Mass, including reading, singing, playing instruments, wardening, welcoming and even on occasion as part of
reflections.
This Sunday, 5th September our youth band and choir will be
singing and helping with our celebration of youthful faith. Why
not come along, then join us for supper afterwards. |

Jesus And Me
JAM is a youth group for anyone
in Year 7-10! If you would like to come to JAM, then why not come
along to the next JAM Session on 10th September at the Clune Centre
from 7pm-9pm. JAM has been attracting dozens of young people to
its JAM Sessions. Why not come and see why they keep coming
back. Don't forget to bring $2, and your friends!

Antioch
Antioch is a youth group for young
people aged 15-21 years old. They meet
regularly on Sunday nights at 7.30pm in the Clune Centre, where
there is much energy, music and a talk given by one of the
members. All are
welcomed along to meetings, so why not find a friend and bring them along!
Antioch will be having a
recruitment weekend by partnering with another Antioch community
in Sydney during November. This is a chance not only to bring new enthusiasm to
Kingsgrove, but will also strengthen bonds within Antioch
itself. Please keep this initiative in your prayers. |

Young Adults Branches
Our core group of young adults is planning on bringing the
Branches program back to Kingsgrove in September. This huge leap
of faith is an attempt to reach the young adults age group
(18-35 years), not only to build this community but to
strengthen their faith. Please keep this initiative in your
prayers.Branches is hosting its first night on 15th September
in the Clune Centre. Please invite your friends and family who
are searching for answers in their faith. Nights are just $5 and
include dinner, a guest speaker talking on a topic of Catholic
faith, and opportunities for discussion with other young adults.

Student Club
The Student Club has started
up again for 2010. So far, we have been to Jamberoo and
hosted a Dance Party, and we have plenty of other events
upcoming! Check out the Student
Club page for what is coming up next!The Student Club is still on the look out for parents who would like to help organising events. If you have a child going into Year 7-10 this year and have a spare two hours per term,
or would like to help out at the Dance Parties, then please contact Anneliese
